At REVERB Outfitters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase isn't quite right, we are here to help you through the process.

1. 14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

To maintain high hygiene standards and offer the best value, the following restrictions apply:

  • Underwear: For hygiene and safety reasons, all underwear and intimate apparel cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

  • Damaged by User: Items that show signs of wear, stains, or damage not caused by a manufacturing defect cannot be accepted.

  • Final Sale Items: Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

    • Exception: If a Final Sale item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, we will honor a return or replacement as per our quality guarantee.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at reverboutfitter@gmail.com.

  • In these specific cases, REVERB Outfitters will cover the return shipping costs.

  • We will provide a shipping label and instructions on how to send the package back to us.

4. Change of Mind & Sizing

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, style preference, or sizing:

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • The items must be sent back in their original, sellable condition.

5. How to Start a Return

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may require additional time to post the transaction to your account.
